Los Angeles Sparks Unveil New Primary Logo & Icon

The LA Sparks today unveiled a new primary logo and icon, paying homage to the organization’s rich 25-year history in Los Angeles as one of the three remaining, original WNBA franchises.

This sleek, new logo and icon evokes a modern aesthetic representing a new era of LA Sparks basketball, while honoring the roots & legacy of the three-time WNBA champions with the classic palm tree.

The colors represent the City of Champions, retaining primary colors of purple and gold as well as black and white alternative logos. In addition, the color teal will remain in alternate versions of the logo and icon, and the previous primary logo will still be featured as a legacy logo.

The Sparks and the WNBA will celebrate their 25th anniversary season in 2021.
