Angel Reese Partners with Cruz Textures To Promote Beauty & Female Empowerment On & Off The Court

LSU basketball sensation Angel Reese isn’t just a one of a kind talent on the basketball court, she is aiming to also have huge amounts of success in the world of fashion.

Recently, just before the start of the 2023-24 NCAA women’s basketball season, Angel Reese took to social media to announce that she has partnered with Cruz Textures, moving into the world of beauty products.

Black female owned Cruz Textures is pushing the culture forward in the beauty industry by amplifying and supporting women’s sports. Thus far, LSU’s Angel Reese and WNBA star Lexis Brown have partnered with the brand. Having some of the most successful ambassadors in the female sports space, Cruz is determined to push that women deserve to feel beautiful at all moments. WNBA star/ Cruz Textures ambassador Lexie Brown recently made headlines after requesting ponytails be visible for WNBA players in the popular video game NBA2K.

The attention for Women’s basketball has rocketed over the past 2 years, and frankly the love and recognition for female ball players has been long overdue. With partnerships like the ones Cruz Textures has formed with Angel Reese and Lexis Brown, I hope more brands see the value in supporting women’s and women athletes in all their endeavors.

Follow Cruz Textures on social media, and stay in tuned with more from this top notch beauty brand.
