On Thursday evening, the cast of ‘NBA on TNT’ revealed the 2022 NBA All-Star starters.

For the second time in his four year NBA career, Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young has been named an Eastern Conference all-star starter.

Trae Young is currently having the best year of his career. Young is fifth in the NBA in scoring averaging near 28 points per game (27.7). Young is third in the NBA in assist per game, averaging (9.3).

Trae Young was an all-star starter in 2020. Trae scored 10 points and dished out 10 assists in his 2020 NBA all-star game debut.

The Hawks are currently on a five game winning streak as they look to get back in the Eastern Conference playoff hunt. This will be a very important weekend for the Hawks as they welcome the Boston Celtics on Friday night, and the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday.
