Peacock’s unconventional comedy series BUST DOWN, created by and starring Langston Kerman (Insecure, The Boys), Jak Knight (Big Mouth, Black-ish), Sam Jay (PAUSE with Sam Jay) and Chris Redd (SNL, Kenan) has cast DomiNque Perry (Insecure) as a guest star.
Perry will play “Nina”, Sam’s longtime girlfriend and the financially stable one in the relationship. She’s loving, silly, and in over her head with Sam’s friends.
BUST DOWN stars Jak Knight, Langston Kerman, Sam Jay and Chris Redd as four casino employees living dead-end lives with dead-end jobs in middle America, and the massive mess they manage to make out of it.
DomiNque Perry is best known for her recurring role as “Tasha” on the Golden Globe nominated HBO series INSECURE. She also appeared in the key role of “Nessa” on the uber popular BLACK JESUS for Adult Swim. Recent guest star credits include SNOWFALL for FX and REL for Fox. She also played a memorable role in Twentieth Century Fox feature GET HARD opposite Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart. It was recently announced that she’ll also be reunited with Rae in a recurring role on HBO Max’s RAP SHIT. Perry is repped by Hyperion, Aaron Bergman of Pluralist, and Del, Shaw, Moonves, Tanaka, Finkelstein & Lezcano.
