The Home Depot Backyard to Host Fitness on the Field powered by lululemon® at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on January 8 and 17

Atlanta’s Best Backyard will bring in 2024 with its popular health + wellness event on the field inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium

The Home Depot Backyard (HDBY) will kick-off its 2024 health and wellness programming, inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium,with Fitness on the Field powered by lululemon® on Monday, January 8 and Wednesday, January 17.  

This year’s event will feature new presenting partner with lululemon®, who continues their support of HDBY community programming following their presence during health and wellness initiatives in 2023.

The two sessions on Monday, January 8 will feature Full Body Bootcamp from 6:00-6:45 p.m. led by Lah King of Royal Physique Fitness along with Hip-Hop Yoga from 7:00-8:00 p.m. with instructor Jaimee Ratliff.

Wednesday, January 17 will be highlighted by a 45-minute session of Maxx Out Fitness withDarrell “DP” Patterson from 6:00-6:45 p.m. followed by an hour with lululemon® ambassador E.F.F.E.C.T. Fitness from 7:00-8:00 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public. Registration can be found HERE, but space is limited. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Fitness on the Field, which began in 2020, provides a unique opportunity for thousands of fitness enthusiasts to receive coaching from some of the region’s top health and wellness experts on the field at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, home to the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons and Major League Soccer’s Atlanta United. The event saw a record number of registrants at more than 10,000 in 2023.
