What a story in Cincy!

Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals are headed to Super Bowl. On Sunday, January 30th, the Cincinnati Bengals defeated Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs (27-24).

Joe Burrow was poised the entire time and he never flinched when things weren’t looking well for the Bengals. Burrow was (23-38) passing for 250 yards and 2 touchdowns. Bengals running back Joe Mixon rushed 21 times for 88 yards. Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins caught 6 passes for 103 receiving yards.

We must give credit to the Bengals defense. They challenged the Chiefs offense all afternoon.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes looked human on the field for once. Mahomes struggled to find his rhythm in the second half of the AFC Championship game. Mahomes was (26-39) passing for 275 yards. Mahomes was responsible for three passing touchdowns and two costly interceptions.

What a remarkable turn around for the Cincinnati Bengals franchise. Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is in his second year in the NFL. Bengals head coach Zac Taylor entered the 2021 NFL season with a record of (6-25-1). Those two now have a chance to lead a group of men to a Super Bowl championship.

The Cincinnati Bengals will face the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl LVI on February 13th at SoFi Stadium.
