TCU Players Skip Practice After Their Head Coach Repeats Racial Slur

Patterson approached Jordan during practice regarding an Instagram post which led to the disagreement. One thing led to another and Coach Patterson accused Jordan of saying the N-word in the meeting rooms. The only problem is he said the word outright.

The next day before practice other players heard of the altercation and went to Jordan for confirmation. He let the rest of his teammates know what was said which led to a large absence at practice.

Once Patterson realized what was going on he went to his players saying “I wasn’t calling him a n*gger”.

Patterson said in a twitter post that he met with his seniors and leadership council about how they can move forward as a team. He also has since apologized for using the word.
