Philadelphia 76ers fans have many reasons to smile this morning.

Sixers fans are still in the honeymoon phase of the James Harden era, and they are loving every second of it. Can you really blame them?

The Sixers are now (3-0) still the addition of former NBA MVP James Harden to their starting lineup. On Wednesday night, the 76ers moved on to a record of (38-23) after defeating the slumping New York Knicks (123-108).

James Harden put on a show in his South Philadelphia, Wells Fargo Center debut. The all-time great guard known as “The Beard” scored 26 points while adding 9 assists and 9 rebounds. Joel Embiid continued his MVP campaign. Embiid scored 27 points and pulled down 12 rebounds.

The Sixers currently are the third seed in the Eastern Conference as they prepare for a tough stretch of games. The 76ers host the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday March 4th before heading to South Florida to face the Miami Heat on Saturday March 5th.
