Atlanta Hawks GM Travis Schlenk Talks the NBA Bubble’s Success, Possibility of 2020-21 Season in Bubble

Recently, Atlanta Hawks GM Travis Schlenk met with a few NBA media members in Atlanta via Zoom.

During the zoom meeting, TUT’s Terrell Thomas spoke with Travis Schlenk on the success we have seen from the NBA Bubble. After suspending the 2019-20 NBA season due to Covid-19 concerns in March, the NBA restarted their season in July in Orlando at Disney World.

Travis Schlenk spoke on traveling to the NBA’s Bubble in Orlando and meeting with Coaches and fellow General Managers when the Bubble launched. Despite the Atlanta Hawks not being in Orlando, Travis Schlenk spoke on the success of the Bubble from the game play to players health and safety. Travis Schlenk also spoke on the chance that the 2020-21 season could also be played in a Bubble.
