Snoop Dogg Recruits Fabolous & Dave East For “Make Some Money” Visual

As Uncle Snoop continues to make big moves at Def Jam, the DoggFather has recruited two of NYC’s heavy spitters for this new video “Make Some Money”.

“Make Some Money” features a vast landscape of black cultural excellence through various mediums of artistry. Fine art paintings created by notable Black artists such as  Brianne Rose Brooks, Azikiwe Mohammad, Mark Thomas Gibson, William Villalongo and Devin Troy Strother are showcased throughout the video creating a juxtaposition of powerful and exquisite visual poetry made with brushes and canvas behind the hard but refined musical presence and energy of Snoop Dogg, Fabulous and Dave East.

It’s an homage to Black creators and artists of all types who brought all the pieces together for this project. The work of young talents such as hairstylist JAWARA who creates masterpieces with Black hair to JAN-MICHAEL QUAMMIE known for her impeccable sense of ingenuity and style to create exquisite looks through fashion is seen throughout the video. Money in this moment is a metaphor for boundless creativity, imagination, style and craft.

In celebration of the video and Black excellence, Snoop Dogg also will be launching Snoopy’s clothing online on Cyber Monday followed by his first retail store in Inglewood.
