Critically acclaimed rapper Payroll Giovanni and Grammy award-winning Producer CardoGotWings have teamed up to deliver the 10-song opus Another Day Another Dollar, today, February 26, 2021, via Empire Records. The project is available across all DSPs and on iTunes.
The duo has a long working history having worked on 3 previous projects, Big Bossin Vol 1 (2016), Big Bossin Vol 2 (2018), and Game Related (2020). The dynamic pair has wooed the media with their captivating songs with Dean Van Nguyen of Pitchfork stating, “Successful” is the clearest iteration of Payroll and Cardo’s collaborative sparkle.
With all production done by CardoGotWings, Another Day Another Dollar delivers with Payroll Giovanni’s authentic and cinematic story-telling and Cardo’s hard-hitting beats. Features on the project include offerings Smitty Soul, Larry June, and Tamara Jewel, who appears on two songs.
