The Los Angeles Sparks Announce Their 2020 Broadcast Schedule

The Los Angeles Sparks are excited to announce that all 22 regular season games will be televised this season. The regular season broadcast schedule features 13 nationally televised games, including six on the ESPN family of networks (ABC/ESPN/ESPN2) and seven on CBS Sports Network. The season opener is Saturday, July 25 at 3ET/Noon PT against the Phoenix Mercury on ABC.

Spectrum SportsNet, the local television home of the Sparks, will broadcast 16 games this season, including nine games airing exclusively on the network. The remaining seven games on Spectrum SportsNet will be simultaneously available nationally on CBS Sports Network. Fans can also watch games from around the league on WNBA League Pass. The Sparks will present seven theme nights this season: Black Lives Matter (7/25), Take Me Back Tuesday (8/11), Sneakerhead Night presented by Nike (8/19), Breast Health Awareness (8/30), #WeAreWomen presented by EquiTrust (9/6), Service Night & Mental Health Awareness presented by Metro (9/10), and Fan Appreciation Night presented by EquiTrust (9/12).

The Sparks are also excited to announce seven pre-game parties, including the season opener this Saturday at 11:15 a.m. PT, featuring DJ Mal-Ski, Frenchy, the Sparks dance crews, and other live entertainment. Fans can join via Zoom link provided on Sparks social media.

The LA Sparks are pursuing their 20th playoff appearance and fourth WNBA championship.
