WNBA legend Sue Bird continues to add to her amazing basketball legacy.
On Saturday afternoon, the Sue Bird passed fellow WNBA legend Lisa Leslie for seventh on the WNBA all-time scoring list with 6,264 points.
Sue Bird’s great feat came during the Seattle Storm’s (97-83) victory vs. the Las Vegas Aces. Helping her team move to a record of (1-0) to begin the season, Sue Bird finished the afternoon with 11 points and 8 assists.
The Seattle Storm are back in action on Tuesday May 18th as they host the Las Vegas Aces at 10pm ET on ESPN2.
