Mile High Bound: The Denver Broncos Trade For QB Russell Wilson

The Denver Broncos made a huge splash on Tuesday afternoon. They have landed their new quarterback.

The Seattle Seahawks have agreed to trade all-pro quarterback Russell Wilson to the Denver Broncos.

According to NFL.com,

The full package for Seattle, which also sent a fourth-round pick Denver’s way: two first-rounders, two second-rounders, a fifth-rounder, quarterback Drew Lock, defensive tackle Shelby Harris and tight end Noah Fant, per NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport.

The trade is pending a physical and Wilson waiving his no-trade clause, and it cannot be finalized until the new league year begins March 16.

With Russell Wilson in the AFC West now, the AFC West is home to quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes, Justin Herbert, David Carr and Russell Wilson.
