Despite not starting the 2021 NFL season the way they wanted, Chicago Bears fans have a reason to smile this morning.
On Sunday night, the Chicago Bears loss to the Los Angeles Rams (34-14). One of the highlights of the game for Bears fans was getting a moment to see their rookie quarterback in action. He certainly made the most of his opportunity.
With under four minutes remaining in the third quarter, Justin Fields took the field on first and goal from the five yard line. Fields took the snap on what was a designed quarterback run and scored his first NFL touchdown.
Bears fans, you have something great to look forward to in the future. Justin Fields is going to be good.
