On Wednesday October 19th, the Atlanta Hawks Basketball began their 2022-23 season as they hosted the Houston Rockets in the Hawks season home opener.
Following the Hawks (117-107) victory vs. the Houston Rockets, Atlanta Hawks all-star Dejounte Murray spoke on his Hawks debut, four of the five Hawks starters scoring 20 plus points, what he saw from the team on defense, his chemistry on the court with Trae Young and more.
Dejounte Murray finished the game with 20 points and 11 assists.
The Hawks are back in action on Friday, October 21st against the Orlando Magic.
