The city of Atlanta is a great city for many reasons. Great food, great winter, but overall, Atlanta is a melting pot for successful black businesses.
Despite the rollercoaster ride that the year 2020 has been, some have managed to create miracles and find success and push through.

Recently, TUT’s Terrell Thomas caught up with Dr. Sanford, one of the owners of one of the newest and hottest Breakfast spots in the South, “Breakfast at Barney’s”. Dr. Sanford gave us some insight on how the vision for “Breakfast at Barney’s” became a reality.

Dr. Sanford shared how “Breakfast at Barney’s” became an overnight staple in Atlanta, the importance of black entrepreneurship, tips for finding success during a pandemic and much more. As a Morris Brown alum, Dr. Sanford also spoke on the importance of Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

The interview was conducted by Terrell Thomas. The interview was shot and edited by Danny Digital.
